Dr. Mike Liang is an amazing surgeon. I had a Texas size Hernia for over 13 yrs. He did the surgery in less than 4 hrs. My recovery has been great up until now. I’ve only meet with Dr. Liang once and it was truly the best appointment I’ve ever had with any doctor.
From first walking in to taking the last step out of his office everyone I spoke with or just passed were all so very kind. The atmosphere was amazing. The ladies at the front desk were very professional with patience and outstanding customer service. The nurse that took my vitals was super nice, made eye contact when replying to the questions she asked. The student doctor was very sweet, listened to what I was saying, made sure she had everything she needed to take back and discuss with Dr. Liang. Dr. Liang is very genuine, down to earth, excellent bedside manners, takes his time with the patient, makes sure all your questions and concerns are answered and addressed, he makes you feel very comfortable and welcomed. The nurse that walked me out explained everything as for the next steps that were going to take place, when they would, how the would etc.
Dr. Liang and his entire staff are phenomenal and I couldn’t ask for anyone better then them.
